"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.” (emphasis supplied)

Free Tele-Seminar “The Magnetism of the Awakening Parent” on October 29, 2009, at 9 p.m. (EST)
Looking back on your recent years, can you pinpoint the exact moment that the spiritual principles and universal ideals like the Law of Attraction really hit home for you? What was it like when you finally came to the realization that manifesting and creating your own life experience brought you freedom?
Now, think back a little farther. What did it take to bring you to that point? What did you have to overcome in regards to your upbringing – the limitations you grew up with and experienced even through adulthood? What were the fears and beliefs that you had to get past?
Now, imagine – not having years (perhaps even generations!) of your life to overcome. What would your life look like now if you had actually known those very principles from the time you were a young girl. What an amazing gift that would be!
My colleague Cyndi Cerny, founder of the Blissful Transformation of the Chaotic Family program, loves to imagine such things. Cyndi has spent over 20 years of her journey on the very possibility of gifting your child (regardless of age...youngster to adult) with the ability to experience life in this way. On Thursday, October 29th at 9:00 p.m. EST, Cyndi is offering a complimentary tele-seminar called The Magnetism of the Awakening Parent.
Do you want to see a dramatic shift happen within your family? Do you want to give your children the chance to grow up free of lack-based thinking and un-serving beliefs? Register here today for Cyndi’s complimentary tele-seminar: The Magnetism of the Awakening Parent:

If you are preparing for divorce or already involved in one, keep in mind that the divorce process is not a sprint. Now, it may seem like a sprint because of all the activity that takes place at the beginning of a case but it is not.
Divorce follows a process and this process is more like a marathon than a sprint. In a divorce you must be able to go the distance. As you go through your divorce, keep this in mind. Pace yourself weekly, renew your energy continually and move forward faithfully!
Happy New Year!
Last year has shown me that change is inevitable. Like nature, we must evolve. It is our destiny on earth to evolve, grow and change.
Embrace the new year and all it has to offer you in the way of growth and new beginnings. How do you perceive change? I have not always been so open to change but have learned through conscious living that change is inevitable and good things come through it. You will see change as good when you view it as good. So, embrace whatever change has come into your life, breathe through it and live your great destiny!

Dealing with divorce stress is essential to maintaining good health through the divorce process. When times get tough and accusations are flying, here's a good breathing technique to calm your nerves:
The Relaxing Breath
1. Close your mouth, touch the tip of your tongue to your gum right behind your upper teeth, and inhale a deep breath through your nostrils over a count of 4;
2. Hold that breath for a count of 7; and
3. Exhale that breath through your mouth over a count of 8.
Repeat this process no more than 3 times at one setting.
Happy Breathing!
Pam
